THE FINISHING DETAILS
How Much Do Embroidered Company Shirts Cost?
A useful budget starts with the finished garment, not its blank price. Choose a style and size range, decide how many embroidery locations each piece needs, and then compare the complete order. The examples below use the same pricing calculator as the store.
Examples calculated from the current K500 price input for Black, XS. One left-chest logo, one primary design group, standard production. These are budget examples, not a stock reservation or final quote. Other sizes and colors can cost more.
| Pieces | Merchandise | Handling | Total before tax |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12 | $353.76 | $0.00 | $353.76 |
| 24 | $693.12 | $0.00 | $693.12 |
| 48 | $1,328.16 | $0.00 | $1,328.16 |
| 100 | $2,707.00 | $0.00 | $2,707.00 |
Applicable tax is calculated for the actual order and destination; it is excluded here. Eligible ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states follows the current shipping policy. Rush production is not included. Product inputs and the saved discount schedule are read when this page renders; the final builder estimate takes precedence.
What changes the per-piece amount?
The selected garment, size and color establish the base. Displayed apparel pricing includes one embroidery location. Additional supported locations add to the configured price before eligible quantity discounts. The builder applies the current supplier minimum where required, so a large order does not necessarily receive the full nominal discount on every brand.
Why a mixed order can have separate handling
Discount grouping and handling grouping are different. Compare an order of twelve K500 polos with twelve pieces split across four styles of three. The latter can qualify for an eligible design-group discount while still incurring handling for each undersized style group. Different colors and sizes of the same style combine for handling; different style numbers do not. Adding another distinct embroidery location can also increase handling for a small style group.
Budget beyond the example
Collect the actual sizes before approving a budget, especially when extended sizes are needed. Keep any rush production charge separate from shipping transit. Check the shipping destination and applicable tax in the estimate. If the order has several logos, identify which pieces share the same primary design so staff can review the grouping.
A practical budget worksheet
- List each style, color, size and quantity.
- List the logo and distinct locations for every style.
- Compare merchandise, handling, rush and tax as separate lines.
- Check the arrival requirement against production plus transit.
- Review the final estimate before submitting the order.
