A LITTLE HELP CHOOSING

Choosing jackets and outerwear for your team

Choose a layer for the conditions

Think about whether your team needs a light everyday layer, additional warmth, or specific weather-protection features. Read each product’s specifications carefully: water-resistant and waterproof claims are different, and features vary by style.

Consider what people will wear underneath, too. Compare the size chart and fit information before choosing sizes for layering.

Plan around pockets, seams, and zippers

Outerwear construction can limit the space available for embroidery. Pockets, seams, zippers, and linings may affect whether a requested placement is suitable.

Choose from the locations offered on the product page. Our staff reviews the placement against the garment and confirms the final design size. The general apparel maximum is 4.5 inches wide by 4.5 inches high; particular garments or locations may allow less.

Keep your branding consistent across layers

You can coordinate jackets with polos, shirts, and hats using the same primary logo. Each garment’s embroidery size and placement are reviewed individually.

Mixed SanMar styles, colors, and sizes with the same primary logo qualify together for quantity discounts, including scaled versions for hats and shirts. Different primary logos form separate groups.

Some products have supplier minimum prices that limit the available discount. Your order estimate reflects those restrictions.
