THE FINISHING DETAILS

Bulk Custom Embroidered Apparel

Build a company apparel order around the people who will wear it. Start with one everyday garment, add the right layers for each role, and keep the logo consistent across the team. You can choose different styles and fits without expecting one garment to suit everyone.

Compare the selected styles

Plan the order by role, then collect sizes

Give office staff and field crews a shared color direction rather than requiring identical garments. A cotton-blend K500 polo, a performance K540 and a J317 jacket solve different needs. Collect the exact style, color and size for each person in one list. Companion styles have separate measurements; do not translate sizes automatically.

Mix garments without mixing up the charges

Quantity savings and small-order handling use different grouping rules. Eligible pieces sharing the primary design can contribute to quantity savings under the current store policy; the handling threshold is assessed by style and distinct embroidery location. Twelve pieces split into four styles of three can still carry handling charges. Use the current policy below and review the complete estimate before submitting.

Start with a sample when fit is uncertain

A small decorated order can help you evaluate fit and logo proportions before a larger purchase, but it is a normal paid order with applicable handling charges. Ask about your plan before ordering if you need an undecorated fitting sample; do not assume a free sample or return entitlement. Allow time for the sample and the later production order separately.

Make reorders easier

Save the approved artwork reference, exact styles, garment colors, placements and final logo dimensions with your size list. Recheck the current product and stock when ordering again: a previous order does not reserve inventory or lock future pricing. Contact us with the previous order reference if you need help matching it.

Questions about this selection

Can we mix hats and shirts?

Yes, choose supported products and placements. Cap artwork may need different proportions from a chest logo; staff reviews the request. Check the quantity grouping and separate handling fees in the estimate.

Can we add a few new employees later?

You can place a new order, subject to current availability, prices and small-order handling. Keeping the original style and artwork references helps staff review the match.
