Look at the individual product specifications for fabric composition, stretch, and care features. A shirt described as easy care still has its own washing and drying instructions. Think about how often the team will wear and launder it when comparing styles.

Check the fit and the details

Compare the size chart for each style, including companion men’s and women’s shirts. Sleeve length, body length, pockets, and collar construction can vary even within one brand. Use the manufacturer’s measurements rather than assuming everyone wears the same size across styles.

Plan the logo around the shirt

A chest pocket, placket, or seam can affect the available embroidery area. Select a supported placement in the order builder and tell us about any specific positioning request. The general apparel limit is 4.5 inches wide by 4.5 inches high; staff confirms the smaller usable area where necessary.

Mixed SanMar styles, colors, and sizes with the same primary logo qualify together for quantity discounts, including scaled versions for hats and shirts. Different primary logos form separate groups.
