Free ground shipping is included for eligible delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Your state and delivery address are checked at checkout.
This offer does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, DC, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations. If your address is outside the 48 states, contact us before planning an order.
The offer covers ground shipping. Contact us before ordering if you have a delivery deadline or need another service; availability and timing require staff confirmation.
SMALL ORDERS ARE WELCOME
Small order
handling fee.
A style ordered in fewer than six pieces has a Small order handling fee of $75 per distinct embroidery location. For example, five pieces with two locations add a $150 Small order handling fee. Six or more pieces of the same style have no Small order handling fee.
Sizes and colors of the same style combine toward six pieces; different styles are counted separately. For a style below six pieces, each distinct selected embroidery location is counted once across that style’s configurations. The Small order handling fee is separate from shipping and is not reduced by quantity discounts.
Before your order ships.
Enter your card at checkout to place a temporary hold for the order total. Staff check availability, artwork, placements and price. We collect payment only after staff confirmation and your final proof approval in Printavo.
Production requires confirmed payment and your explicit approval of the current final proof. Ask staff to confirm timing for your particular order and delivery needs.
Applicable taxes are calculated separately from the free ground-shipping offer.

The rush percentage applies to discounted merchandise plus the Small order handling fee, before tax. For example, $200 in discounted merchandise plus a $75 Small order handling fee creates a $275 rush basis; a 10% rush surcharge is $27.50.
The production clock starts only after payment is confirmed and the current final proof is approved. Shipping transit time is additional and is excluded from these business-day production times.

Your displayed item price includes one embroidery location. Each additional supported location adds $10 per item before quantity discounts. You can choose up to five distinct supported locations in total: one included plus up to four extras.
The quantity percentage applies to the full configured merchandise price, including additional locations. Quantity discounts do not apply to tax, the Small order handling fee, or rush surcharges.
Mixed SanMar styles, colors, and sizes with the same primary logo qualify together for quantity discounts, including scaled versions for hats and shirts. Different primary logos form separate groups.

Discount exceptions: Quantity discounts are limited by supplier minimum prices on certain products, including some Carhartt and Tommy Bahama styles. Your estimate shows the actual savings.
No automatic digitizing, setup, stitch-count, or PMS surcharge is added. Any exceptional work needs staff review and your agreement.
Your submitted order keeps its confirmed pricing unless you agree to a reviewed change.

Changes and order issues
Changes and cancellations are allowed only until final proof approval and payment collection. Once your final proof is approved and payment has been collected, no changes or cancellations can be made. Contact us before that point if anything needs to change. The temporary card authorization hold placed at checkout is not collected payment. Tell us about any issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@threadedforyou.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue; photos are helpful when they show the problem. Read our returns and order changes policy.
