Last updated: October 4, 2026. This policy explains how Threaded For You uses information when you browse, contact us, submit artwork or place a custom-apparel order.

Who operates Threaded For You?

Threaded For You is operated by A+ Images, Inc. For questions about your information or artwork, email info@threadedforyou.com.

Information used for your order

We collect account details, contact information, shipping and billing addresses, artwork, order specifications and proof approvals to review and fulfill custom apparel orders.

We also keep customer communications, payment status and transaction references to provide support, reconcile payments and maintain business records. Our website and hosting services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to operate and secure the site.

Services that help us fulfill your order

• Square: processes card details, authorization holds, charges and refunds. Our store keeps transaction references, payment status and limited card details, not your full card number or security code. See Square’s buyer privacy notice.
• Printavo: receives customer/contact details, addresses, order specifications, pricing, artwork and proofs needed for quotes, production tracking and proof approval. Payment status is recorded there; card payments are handled through Square. See Printavo’s privacy policy.
• Kinsta and its hosting/security infrastructure: host and protect the WordPress/WooCommerce store and its stored information. See Kinsta’s privacy policy.
• Microsoft 365: handles our order emails, customer-support messages and replies. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
• Shipping and pickup: carriers, shipping tools and the selected pickup location receive the contact, delivery and order information needed to complete that service.

Product images and other supplier content may load from SanMar’s servers, which receive the technical information needed to respond to those requests. We may disclose records when required by law or as needed to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Cookies and browsing

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies to support sign-in, shopping-cart contents and checkout. Order-related records may also include referral or visit information. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking them may prevent sign-in or checkout from working. Payment and proof services may use their own cookies under their privacy policies.

We do not sell customer information

A+ Images, Inc. does not sell our customers’ personal information.

Account and order records

We generally retain customer account and order records for seven years. Customer artwork is retained separately as described below.

Artwork retained for reorders

We retain customer artwork indefinitely so it is available for future reorders. We do not automatically delete artwork after an order is completed. Artwork stored on this website is kept outside public media folders and access is restricted. Copies needed for quotes and proof approval are shared with Printavo. Keep order and proof links private, since they may provide access to your order or design. Contact info@threadedforyou.com with questions or requests about your stored artwork.

Your questions and privacy requests

Email info@threadedforyou.com with the subject “Privacy request” to ask about, access, correct, obtain a copy of or request deletion of your information, including stored artwork. Include the email associated with your account or order and describe your request. Do not send card details, passwords or identity documents in your initial email.

We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. We review requests under applicable law and explain any information we need to retain for legal, accounting, security or order-related reasons. Available rights and exceptions depend on your location. You may appeal our response by replying with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We will review the appeal and explain the outcome and any further complaint options available under applicable law.
