CHOOSE YOUR TEAM APPAREL

Choosing Mercer+Mettle layers for your logo

Start with the type of layer

The MM3020 quarter-zip sweater uses a cotton, nylon, and spandex blend with ribbed collar, cuffs, and hem. The MM7220 Brookline Quilted Jacket and MM7222 vest use polyester with polyester fill insulation. Compare these constructions according to the layer you need; the sweater’s knit surface and the quilted pieces require different placement considerations.

Check the fit and everyday details

The Brookline jacket and vest are described as a boxy fit and include zippered hand pockets and a zip-through collar. The jacket has knit cuff binding; the vest has armhole binding. Use the individual measurements with the intended underlayer. Their supplier-listed water-repellent finish should not be treated as a waterproof guarantee for the finished embroidered item.

Use decoration access thoughtfully

Both Brookline pieces list a decoration access pocket. That helps staff assess construction but does not make every location usable for every design. Choose an offered placement, request one dimension or ask for sizing help, and allow staff to confirm final fit. The general apparel maximum is 4.5 inches wide by 4.5 inches high; specific areas may be smaller. Mixed SanMar styles, colors, and sizes with the same primary logo qualify together for quantity discounts, including scaled versions for hats and shirts. Different primary logos form separate groups.
