Start with the Silk Touch polos

The K500 and women’s L500 Silk Touch polos both use a 5-ounce polyester/cotton pique blend. Their features include a three-button placket, knit collar and cuffs, and side vents. Compare the two size charts rather than assuming the same size label gives the same fit. Check the selected color and size for current availability.

Choose between a jacket and a vest

For sleeves and a woven outer layer, compare the J317 and women’s L317 Core Soft Shell jackets. Both have microfleece lining and zippered front pockets. For a sleeveless layer, the F219 and women’s L219 Value Fleece vests use 8.3-ounce polyester fleece. Think about what employees will wear underneath and how much freedom they want around the arms.

Coordinate the logo across different layers

Check color names and product photos across the chosen styles; a polo, soft shell, and fleece have different fabric surfaces. Use the supported placement on each product and let staff confirm the artwork’s fit. The general apparel maximum is 4.5 inches wide by 4.5 inches high, with smaller limits where necessary.

Mixed SanMar styles, colors, and sizes with the same primary logo qualify together for quantity discounts, including scaled versions for hats and shirts. Different primary logos form separate groups. Small order handling is calculated separately by style.
