Compare the waist and length

Read the size chart and product measurements for waist sizing, inseam, and fit where provided. Check whether the garment has an elastic waist, adjustable features, or a fixed waistband. Different styles can fit differently even when their size labels match.

Choose Left thigh, Right thigh, or Other

Pants and shorts offer Left thigh, Right thigh, and Other (describe) as placement requests. For Other, explain the exact position and orientation. Pockets, seams, and fabric stretch can affect the final placement, so staff confirms fit before approval. Other items within this category use the options shown on their product pages.

Keep the logo proportionate

The general non-headwear maximum is 4.5 inches wide by 4.5 inches high. Request either width or height, or ask for sizing help; staff confirms the other dimension proportionately. The usable area may be smaller than the general limit.

Mixed SanMar styles, colors, and sizes with the same primary logo qualify together for quantity discounts, including scaled versions for hats and shirts. Different primary logos form separate groups.
