Small order handling fee

Fewer than 6 pieces of an item adds a $75 small order handling fee per embroidery location, in addition to the item price. Sizes and colors of the same style count together; different styles are counted separately. At 6 or more pieces of that style, this fee is waived.

02 Your logo

Use the same group for the same primary logo across styles, including a scaled version for hats. Different primary logos receive separate quantity discounts.

03 Embroidery locations

Your first location is included. Need another? Add a supported location for $10 per item before quantity discounts, up to five locations in total.

04 Production turnaround

Production time starts after payment and final proof approval are both complete. Rush percentages apply to discounted merchandise plus the small order handling fee, before tax. Shipping transit time is additional. Your turnaround applies to the entire order and is confirmed during staff review.

  • 6.1-ounce, 100% soft spun cotton
  • 98/2 cotton/poly (Ash)
  • 90/10 cotton/poly (Athletic Heather)
  • 50/50 cotton/poly (Dark Heather Grey, S. Green, S. Orange)
  • 1x1 rib knit collar
  • Shoulder to shoulder back neck tape
  • Natural: Minimally processed to keep the natural color found in undyed cotton.
  • Tear-away label

Product notes

The PC61 is a 6.1-ounce tee with a rib knit collar and shoulder-to-shoulder back neck tape. Most colors use soft spun cotton; Ash, Athletic Heather, Dark Heather Grey and the listed safety colors have different cotton/polyester blends. Check the fabric information for each chosen color.

Compare it with the lightweight polyester Sport-Tek ST350. Fabric weight, garment measurements and care instructions offer more useful guidance than transferring a size label between brands.

For embroidery on a tee, consider a compact design with readable lettering. Staff reviews the artwork and placement before approval. For a large printed design, use our printed-apparel inquiry to discuss that option.
