Small order handling fee

Fewer than 6 pieces of an item adds a $75 small order handling fee per embroidery location, in addition to the item price. Sizes and colors of the same style count together; different styles are counted separately. At 6 or more pieces of that style, this fee is waived.

Primary design group Name your design group

Use the same group for the same primary logo across styles, including a scaled version for hats. Different primary logos receive separate quantity discounts.

03 Embroidery locations

Choose Left thigh, Right thigh, or Other (describe). Left and right refer to the wearer’s side. Your first location is included; each additional location is $10 per item before quantity discounts, up to three locations total. Describe any Other placement. Staff confirms access and final fit before approval.

04 Production turnaroundProduction turnaround for the entire order

Production time starts after payment and final proof approval are both complete. Rush percentages apply to discounted merchandise plus the small order handling fee, before tax. Shipping transit time is additional. Your turnaround applies to the entire order and is confirmed during staff review.
