Small order handling fee

Fewer than 6 pieces of an item adds a $75 small order handling fee per embroidery location, in addition to the item price. Sizes and colors of the same style count together; different styles are counted separately. At 6 or more pieces of that style, this fee is waived.

Primary design group Name your design group

Use the same group for the same primary logo across styles, including a scaled version for hats. Different primary logos receive separate quantity discounts.

Your first location is included. Need another? Add a supported location for $10 per item before quantity discounts, up to five locations in total.

04 Production turnaroundProduction turnaround for the entire order

Production time starts after payment and final proof approval are both complete. Rush percentages apply to discounted merchandise plus the small order handling fee, before tax. Shipping transit time is additional. Your turnaround applies to the entire order and is confirmed during staff review.

Product notes

The CP80 combines a structured, mid-profile crown with a hook-and-loop closure. Most colors use cotton twill; Neon colors use an 80/20 polyester/cotton blend. Check the selected color's fabric details when matching materials across your order.

Compare its solid twill construction with the mesh-backed Richardson 112. Crown shape and closure are separate choices, and an adjustable cap still needs to suit the wearer. Review the photos and listed size information before choosing quantities.

Cap panels and seams affect logo placement. Request either width or height, and staff will check the proportions against the chosen location. Our embroidery guide explains sizing and thread-color requests.
